I do Autobody work, Spray Painting, Fiberglass Repair, Detailing and Minor Welding with over 30 years experience. I am a competent and experienced "hobbyist" and have spray painted everything from motorcycles, cars, trucks, horse trailers, RVs (large and small), fiberglass boats, American "Muscle-Cars", School Busses and even Semi-Tractor-Trucks. I generally use "Single Stage" Acrylic Enamel with hardener because it's "tried and true" but I'll also spray "base-coat clear-coat" however the cost of those materials and spraying it cost more. I buy my paint supplies from several local sources and pass my discounted costs on to you WITHOUT marking it up (or you can bring in your own materials and I'll spray them as well). My basic fees start at $250.00 for painting a typical average sized car (that is if you TOTALLY prepare it and mask it and all I do is spray the primer and single-stage (acrylic enamel) color on)). That spray-only job includes 2-3 coats of Acrylic Enamel Primer-Sealer and then 4-5 coats of acrylic enamel paint on the exterior of your vehicle. (For "Base-Coat-Clear-Coat jobs add another $100.00 for labor). If you are changing the color on your car and need the door jams and trunk sprayed, I have to charge more for the time involved (especially masking). For Vans, full size PU trucks and small camp and horse trailers I charge $350 (depending on size) to spray ONLY if you have it TOTALLY prepared and ready to go. Larger RVs, horse trailers, school busses and semi-truck/tractors are more because of their large surface areas to cover. (If you're doing a pick-up truck and want your bed sprayed also, I can do that, but I recommend just spraying it with grey or black Primer-Sealer because you'll just end up scratching it again from use, and primer is easier to "touch up" later on when you need to). I'm usually HALF (or less) the cost of most regular body shops because I don't have the overhead costs they do and I do this part-time as a hobby inside my own shop. I run my shop as a sideline M-F and on Saturdays. If you want a "show-quality-job" I recommend you have a "regular shop" downtown do your rig (and pay their price) but if you want a NICE "driver-car" job that looks good as a "daily driver" then I'm the guy. I guarantee your car will look 100% better than when it came in, and will be within 98% of being "perfect" (sometimes I won't see a tiny ding and sometimes a piece of dust or two will settle before the paint dries ....but I've seen "regular shops" have those issues too). Email "Curt" for setting up an estimate at [email protected] or call me at 541-720-2826. I am located about 8 miles East of Albany on Highway 20 and then left 3 miles on Highway 226 toward Scio Oregon). See photos below of some of the rigs (and other jobs) I've painted.....then click on the "Photo Gallery" button above here for more. I've done MANY more though and have photo albums I can show you. *ALSO.....with times being hard for many folks lately, If you don't have the cash, I can also do some "trading or swapping" (whether a full or partial trade). If you've got something of EQUAL VALUE for trade, (old car, truck, motorcycle, boat, RV.....let's talk. Or maybe you have a service or specialty work (hobby) that you do that I may need done? Please email, call or text me for more info. If you get my voicemail it's just my way of screening spam calls. Leave a message and I will get back with you.
